If I take you back 3 years ago to when I was 185 pounds, I wouldn't say I was unhappy. I had two healthy kids, a wonderful husband, a house in a great school district, a stable and awesome job...but there was a little bit inside of me that just wasn't at that same place. I had tried all the diets...Weight Watchers, Adkins, to name a couple, and finally, counting calories. Every single calorie was written down every single day.
