- Resist: this phase focuses on using body weight and bands to get an effective workout in! This phase is great for vacation where you may not have access to a gym or used to take a break from weights. You can also add weights to this phase to make this a strength training workout!
- Focus: this phase is broken down by body parts with cardio bursts built in to intensify your workout!
- Burn: this phase focuses on upper and lower body individually introducing EMOM style HIIT workouts in between!
